Shipping Policy
Order Possessing Time
Lucky Devil Supply will ship orders to verified account holders containing in-stock inventory within one (1-2) business days. Lucky Devil Supply is not open on holidays and orders will go out on the next business day.
Orders that are placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day with the post office regulations.
For same day the orders must be placed prior to 11am EST \ 8am PST. Please take note of this and plan your orders accordingly.
Lucky Devil Supply sells to verified professionals only. Please note, orders may be held for verification purposes. Please kindly check your email for verification inquiries.
If you need your mail quickly it is best to call/ text us so we can see to your needs.

Shipping to a P.O. Box:
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO). Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Ink Warning:
Lucky Devil Supply is not responsible for frozen liquids during shipping. If you live in an area where freezing is a possibility we recommend you opt for a quicker shipping option such as Next or Second Day Air. Please keep track of the shipment and be at your address when the delivery driver arrives to reduce the chance of freezing during transit. Please contact up to discuss your shipping options.
Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns
We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the received product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original shrink-wrap packaging. To complete your return, we require a invoice number. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
